How It Works

Call Triggered from the Lift Car

  • All intercom systems on the landings ring simultaneously
  • Any person at a landing can press their button to connect the call
  • Landing person must keep the button pressed for their voice to be audible in the lift car
  • Lift car occupant can speak freely without pressing any button

Call Triggered from a Landing

  • Call automatically connects to the lift car
  • Landing person must continuously press their intercom button to be heard inside the lift car
  • Lift car occupant can respond without pressing any additional buttons

Lift Car Installation Process

  • Connect the Lift Intercom directly with the Elevator COP
  • Lift Intercom Call Button connects to the Car Top Unit
  • Mic unit provided — securely glued to the COP
  • Pressing the Call Button triggers all intercom systems at each landing
